The process takes under 10 minutes: purchase (2 min), receive QR code (under 5 min), install (2-3 min). You can be connected within 10 minutes of starting the process.
Some smartwatches support eSIM, but our plans are optimised for smartphones. Contact support to discuss compatibility with specific wearable devices.
4G (LTE) offers speeds typically between 10-100 Mbps. 5G offers speeds up to 1 Gbps in ideal conditions. 5G availability depends on your device and the local network infrastructure at your destination.
Plans cannot be paused. The validity period runs continuously from the date of first use. If you need a break, you can simply not use the eSIM — data will be available until the validity period expires.
We offer 1GB plans valid for 7 days for short trips. These are ideal for weekend breaks or brief business visits.
Go to Settings > Mobile Data > Add eSIM. Tap 'Use QR Code', scan the code, and follow the on-screen prompts. The process takes approximately 2 minutes.
Go to Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs > Add SIM. Scan the QR code when prompted. The exact menu path varies by manufacturer.
Deleted eSIM profiles cannot be restored. If you delete your eSIM before the validity period expires, contact support at [email protected] to discuss options.
eSIM usage is restricted or prohibited in some countries. We will not sell plans for restricted destinations. Check our Service Area page for the full list of supported countries.
After installation, your device will show the eSIM profile in settings. The plan becomes active when you first connect to a supported network at your destination.
